Did you notice any tolerance build-up after using it for a while? 750mg seems to be in the upper range of normal, but I don't know how often you used it in the end. Any tips for use?

Good question! I used it for a short period of time before I started this experiment, taking between 500-1000mg/day total. Then I decided if I'm going to be using it at all, I should at least test it in a more structured way.

Overall, I don't feel strong subjective effects when I take it - the main difference for me seems to be it's just easier to motivate myself to exercise. So it's hard to comment about the tolerance aspect on a subjective level.

I ran a follow-up experiment where I tried out 0 vs 1000mg which gave similar results the the one I posted about. After that I stopped taking it entirely for a while. There was a mild increase in fatigue after stopping entirely which lasted a few days.

Overall I wouldn't recommend starting with a lower dosage. If I had to redo everything, I would see if I could find capsules in a smaller increment. Early on I tried 500mg in a single dose, and that was way too much - I felt nauseous and woozy. 250mg didn't give me any side effects, but I think a lower dose would still likely have measurable effects.
